1. Digital Credits and Services

AI Outfit sells digital credits used to generate virtual try-on results. Because credits are consumed immediately when used, we generally do not offer refunds for used credits.

2. When Refunds May Apply

We may issue a refund in the following cases:

• You were charged twice for the same purchase due to a technical error
• You were charged but did not receive the credits
• The Service was unavailable for an extended period and you could not use your credits
• You request a refund within 14 days of purchase and have not used any of the purchased credits

3. How to Request a Refund

• Your account email
• The date of purchase
• The payment amount and transaction ID
• The reason for your request

We will review your request and respond within 7 business days.

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear.

5. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or payment provider without contacting us first, we may suspend your account while the dispute is resolved.
